Our Mission
International Students
Apex Academy International students can:

Pay the same fees as Canadian students.
​

Sign up and start anytime throughout the year and study at their own pace.

Choose between taking individual courses to support their post secondary educational goals or complete course packages for OSSD graduation.
​

Study for their Ontairio Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) without leaving home, which means no travel and accommodation costs and no visa applications.

Complete their assignments, and take their tests and exams at anytime of the day or night, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Set their own schedule and have the option of graduating with a dual diploma, one from their home school and an OSSD through Apex Academy.
Enrollment Requirements

All Apex Academy courses are taught in English which means that students need to have a proficiency in spoken and written English (e.g IELTS level 6)

International students are those who are neither a Canadian citizen nor a permenant resident.
​

If a student has completed course subject matter in their own country that is included in the Ontario curriculum, our principle may grant a Prior learning Assessment recognition (PLAR) credit that would go towards the student's OSSD graduation.

A number or OSSD courses have prerequisites, which means that before a student can enroll, they must demonstrate they have successfully completed the prerequisite course material.

Apex Academy admissions team will review the application to ensure any prerequisites are met or whether a PLAR can be granted. if a student is unsure, Apex Academy admissions team would be happy to answer any questions they may have.
