The American University of Montserrat (AUM) is proud to offer a pre-medical program that is specifically designed to help students gain knowledge needed to succeed in medical school.
The Online Pre-Medical Program is jointly offered by Apex Academy Online, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The program is taught by lecturers who are highly knowledgeable and qualified with years of experience. This premiere pre-medical program is specifically tailored for students planning to attend the AUM School of Medicine. It offers students self-paced learning, while receiving regular, personalized teacher support online. A well-structured knowledge base is a vital tool in transitioning into first year of medical school.
Upon successful completion, pre-medical students will be granted admission into the Doctor of Medicine program offered by the American University of Montserrat, School of Medicine, located in Montserrat, British overseas territory. AUM educates and trains students for the US Medical Licensing Examinations (USMLE) leading the path to practicing the art of medicine in the USA, Canada, United Kingdom and in many other countries. The Faculty of Medicine program consists of five semesters of Basic Sciences and five semesters of Clinical Clerkship in hospitals in the United States, Canada and United Kingdom.
