Annual Proctorio Fee:

There is an annual proctoring fee of $25 per student for our automated test and exam proctoring tool, Proctorio. This fee covers the student’s use of Proctorio for all tests and exams in all courses for which they are enrolled and is valid for 12 months from the date of registration.

Course Extension Fee:

All students will have nine months from the date of registration to complete their course. If for some reason a course cannot be completed in that timeframe, we offer course extensions in increments for an additional $100 per 3-month period.

Course Transfer Fee:

If you request a transfer within 7 days of registration, you may do so at no additional cost. If you request a transfer within 8-60 days of registration, you may do so for an administrative fee of $125. Course transfers will not be permitted beyond 60 days of registration.
